Spinnaker announces PSM/Eagle asset buy
Spinnaker Coating LLC, of Troy, OH, USA, has announced the purchase of substantially all of the assets of PSM/Eagle, of Lemont, IL, USA, a contract slitter and distributor of pressure sensitive roll products to the label converting industry.
“Adding this company-owned and operated facility to our distribution network will allow Spinnaker to further enhance trimless product delivery times in the Upper Midwest,” says Brady Glett, vice president of roll products, “and it will enable us to expand our overall business model of offering unparalleled personal service to small and mid-sized label converters.”
